Whitney Chaney

Whitney has worked with Listerhill Credit Union for over 18 years. In her tenure she has helped lead LCU’s contact center to a #1 rated NPS department and is now enthusiastically teaching process excellence and improvement throughout the workforce culture. With her years of experience and service, Whitney is dedicated to instilling excellence within the organization by spending intentional time with staff, identifying and solving pain points, and making sure each individual staff member feels supported, motivated, and valued.
