Rob Rouzer

Rob Rouzer has 40 years of experience as an administrator in higher education, working in both student affairs and facilities operations at the University of Rochester and University of Illinois-Chicago.  Rob started as a state Baldrige examiner in Illinois in 2006 before joining the TNCPE Board of Examiners in 2019, where he has since earned Master Examiner status. He is also recognized as a Master Examiner for the National Baldrige Award program, which he joined in 2016. Additionally, Rob has served as an examiner for the Baldrige-based Communities of Excellence and AHCA/NCAL programs.  Rob is interested in expanding the use of Baldrige in higher education and improving the training of applicants and examiners across all sectors.
