Michelle Stidwell is a seasoned consultant with more than 30 years of experience advising clients across human resources, operations, manufacturing, and retail. She is recognized for her expertise in coaching, facilitation, learning and development, and sales and marketing.

As a catalyst for growth, Michelle helps global teams strengthen interpersonal communication, performance management, leadership, and change management skills. Her focus on sustainable behavior change drives measurable business results for organizations navigating transformation.

Michelle’s career includes impact in leadership, recruiting, business development, and sales—providing deep insight into culture change and strategic planning. She is currently building change leadership capabilities with public power executives through TVPPA’s Advanced Certified Power Executive Program, and has partnered with organizations across CPG, finance, agribusiness, restaurants, automotive, healthcare, and education.
