Mel Whaley

Mel K. Whaley has been affiliated with TNCPE since 2007 and now serves as a master examiner. She earned a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management, Master’s in Business Administration, and is currently working on her dissertation to complete a Doctorate in Business Administration as well as a Six Sigma. Mel owns iBehavioral, Inc which provides consulting, digital marketing, and technology services for new entrepreneurs, existing small or large corporations, and local, state, and federal government clients. Mel also operates a non-profit Tennessee Advocacy Talk and provides consulting services specific to behavioral healthcare. Both of these companies have a specialty in incorporating performance improvement strategy consulting with a heavy focus on sustainability.
