With a background in Computer Science and Education, Lila Holt, PhD is an adjust assistant professor for the University of TN teaching a variety of courses that support STEM and using technology for teaching and learning. Along with STEM, her research areas of interest include using technology for self-directed learning, team learning, and organizational learning. She has co-authored a book chapter on how Baldrige Award winters have used and supported technology use for organizational learning.
Dr Holt is currently the interim Faculty Director for the Tennessee Governor’s School for Science and Engineering. She also teaches STEM skills to the select High School students that attend that program.
Dr. Holt has been involved with TNCPE as an examiner for 14 years and with the national Baldrige Award program for 8 years. She has been involved in a variety of ways including leading teams, editing scorebooks, and is a training facilitator and coach for the national program.
