Leslie Blevins

Leslie Blevins is the Public Relations and Communications Manager at Bristol Tennessee Essential Services (BTES), where she is responsible for company publications, public relations and marketing efforts, and the organization’s quality and award program. In 2017, she led the BTES team in receiving the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. She is a master examiner with the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE) and received the TNCPE Champion of Excellence award in 2017.

Leslie is a two-time Past President of the Rotary Club of Tri-Cities and served as the Administrative Assistant Governor for Rotary District 7570 in 2022. She received the Rotary 110% Award in 2018 and the Douglas A. Newton Excellence in Communications Award in 2019. Leslie is a 2016 graduate of the LEAD Bristol Program, received the Tri-Cities 40 Under Forty designation in 2012, and was honored with BTES’ highest award–the Personal Service Award–in 2014. She currently serves as President of the Parent Teacher Organization at Bluff City Elementary School.

Leslie graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Digital Marketing. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordan, and their son, Oakley.
