Kala Allen

Kala Allen is the Assistant Director of Office Services at Erwin Utilities and has been with the organization since 2018, and currently leads their strategic planning efforts. She has played an active role in Erwin Utilities’ TNCPE journey, supporting continuous improvement initiatives that align with the utility’s mission to provide safe, reliable, and efficient service. Through her work in communications, marketing, and community engagement, Kala focuses on turning strategy into action by helping employees and stakeholders connect daily work to Erwin Utilities’ long-term vision of service excellence and sustainability.
