With more than 25 years in telecommunications and technology, John have worked across voice and data networks, from SIP and IP to Ethernet and modern network operations, always with an emphasis on reliability, security, and customer experience. He was instrumental in EU’s journey to achieving the TNCPE Excellence Award, leading the implementation of practical steps the organization took to build alignment, strengthen processes, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
