Douglas Wong

Douglas Wong began his healthcare journey at NHC Pulaski fifteen years ago as a Certified Nursing Assistant, returning eight years ago to serve as Administrator. A graduate of the University of Tennessee with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration, Douglas is also a THCA Future Leaders graduate, a former AHCA Gold Quality Award Examiner, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rural Health Association of Tennessee. Guided by his faith and family, he is passionate about quality improvement and people-centric leadership, strengthening both NHC and the Pulaski community he proudly calls home.
