Chris Gray

Chris Gray is the owner and CEO of Griffin Mechanical, LLC, a mechanical construction and service company operating in the Nashville area. Griffin Mechanical was the 2018 Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE) Excellence Award Recipient. Griffin Mechanical used the Baldrige Framework and the TNCPE award program to transform a distressed company on the brink of bankruptcy to a high performing organization over the course of a decade.

Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors with TNCPE and has been involved with the program for over a decade as an Examiner, Team Leader, Master Examiner, Judge and presenter.

Prior to purchasing Griffin Mechanical in 2010, Chris served as an Infantry officer in the US Army. He holds a BA from Penn State and an MBA from Belmont University. He resides in Brentwood, TN with his wife and two daughters.
