Chris Beaulieu

As the Executive Director of AI and Innovation, Chris Beaulieu brings extensive experience leading complex operations, transforming organizations, and championing technology-driven progress. Her 23-year career at Cummins has included a series of influential leadership roles, including President of Service Operations, Executive Director of Supply Chain, Executive Director of CSSNA Transformation, and Executive Director of CBS Global Operations & Quality.

Chris holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Beyond her professional life, Chris has been married for more than 35 years to her best friend, Chip, an ordained minister, and together they have three children and one grandson. Outside of work, she stays active through exercise, plays piano, and serves in her husband’s church, where she leads music and children’s ministry.
