Workforce thought leader and keynote speaker Cara Silletto, MBA, CSP, is the visionary co-creator of the Employee Retention Ecosystem™ and founder of Magnet Culture. She is dedicated to helping organizations create a workplace where people can thrive and equips leaders to make the necessary adjustments to keep today’s multigenerational workforce intact.
As a Millennial herself, Cara learned early in her career from Baby Boomer and GenX mentors what “professionalism” meant to them, and absorbed critical information about management expectations during her first decade working in the business world. She then went on to earn her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the top-ranked University of Louisville Entrepreneurship program and then lived overseas teaching German executives about business practices in the U.S. In 2012, Cara started her consulting firm Magnet Culture.
Workforce Magazine in Chicago named Cara a “Game Changer” for her innovative approach to solving generational issues in the workplace, and Recruiter.com listed her in their “Top 10 Company Culture Experts to Watch” list. Today, she’s a highly sought-after national speaker conducting 50 to 100 engagements annually, and she has earned her Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association, which fewer than 10% of speakers achieve. She is also the author of the book “Staying Power: Why Your Employees Leave and How to Keep Them Longer” and works with clients coast to coast to reduce unnecessary employee turnover.
