In this interactive, hands-on session, participants will explore how artificial intelligence can support and enhance Baldrige-based thinking, analysis, and communication, regardless of whether they are writing an award application. Building on SIPOC and other process clarity tools, attendees will learn how to use AI as a writing and thinking partner to translate process understanding into clear, credible narrative language aligned with Baldrige concepts such as approach, deployment, learning, and integration.

Through demonstrations and guided practice, participants will use AI tools to draft, refine, and challenge process descriptions, turning operational knowledge into insight-rich narratives that support learning, improvement, and alignment. The session emphasizes responsible use of AI, maintaining human judgment, creativity, and authenticity, and concludes with practical prompts and examples participants can immediately apply in their own organizations.
