W-B1 | Surpassing Assumptions: Building Clarity Through SIPOC

Every process has hidden assumptions — about who provides inputs, what’s really required, and who the true customers are. In this interactive, hands-on session, participants will learn how to develop a complete SIPOC (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers) for a process they bring with them.

Guided step-by-step, attendees will identify key boundaries, uncover blind spots, and create a clear, shareable view of their process that can immediately improve communication and focus. Whether new to SIPOC or experienced in process improvement, participants will leave with a fully developed SIPOC they can use to align their teams and surpass today’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
