W-B2 | Six Sigma Coffee Case Simulation

Learn how Lean Six Sigma can improve the customer experience and/or save cost through an interactive half a day simulation game/workshop! This is an interactive session where participants work in teams in a service game running a coffee shop, experiencing process problems (particularly errors & defects) and applying Lean Six Sigma practices to overcome them.
