W-A1 | Unlocking the Mystery of Engagement

How do we increase engagement in the workplace?  This course will use the foundation of the NCEL (UT IPS Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership) course “Civility, Respect, and Engagement in the Workplace (CREW)” and interweave the leadership theories of two books–Reality-Based Leadership by Cy Wakeman and Extreme Ownership by Jocko Williams and Leif Barrin–to help participants reset the trajectory of their teams.
