W-C1 | Beyond Buy-In: Driving Change with Engagement That Matters

How leaders stay present, resilient, and effective when circumstances shift unexpectedly and get entire organizations to follow

Your team is exhausted. The timeline just shifted again. Some of your trusted partners are questioning the whole approach. And you’re supposed to stand up tomorrow and inspire confidence.

In this session, we will work on three things that actually matter when you’re sponsoring change:

Reading what’s really happening. Not what the dashboard says or what people tell you in meetings, but what’s actually going on. You’ll learn to spot the early signals that something needs to shift before it becomes a crisis, and how to adjust without looking like you’re panicking.

Staying solid when everything else isn’t. We’ll practice the C.O.R.E. framework for self-regulation under pressure. Not the “take a deep breath” kind of advice, but practical techniques for making clear decisions when your stress response is screaming at you to do something right now.

Saying things that land. The difference between a message that creates alignment and one that creates eye-rolling is smaller than you think. You’ll craft authentic stories that connect emotionally so your vision becomes their vision, not just a directive.

Expect real scenarios, uncomfortable questions and a 30-day action plan you’ll actually use. This isn’t about getting buy-in. It’s about leading in a way that makes people want to follow.
