Afternoon Keynote | Engaging the Disengaged: Identifying the Drivers of Employee Engagement

Research shows that only 1/3 of the current workforce is engaged at work. And while there are many factors that influence why an employee is motivated to do their job well, the data shows that organizational leaders can influence up to 70% of why an employee is actively engaged while doing their work. This talk will focus on the research and strategies behind employee engagement – and specifically how rediscovering PURPOSE, fostering a culture of collaborative PEOPLE, and reexamining PERFORMANCE metrics can increase employee engagement among work teams.
